The Partners in Preparedness Summit is the premier event for emergency managers to share their plans with individuals and organizations within the disability community. The Summit draws more than 100 professionals from across the state.

Goals of the 5th Partners in Preparedness Summit

Goal One

Strengthen community resilience and share disaster planning best practices.

Goal Two

Provide a discussion bard forum to bring together communities, individuals, and organizations working on disaster readiness for persons with disabilities and individuals with access and functional needs.

Goal Three

Work on disaster readiness for persons with disabilities and individuals with access and functional needs.

Goal Four

Ensure shared knowledge and understanding of current preparedness issues, plans, processes, and procedures.
